Coming from a non-musical background, I had never aspired to become a singer since my early days. However, everything changed when my father was relocated from Nagpur to Mumbai when I was seven years old. During the Ganpati festival, I happened to sing a bhajan and caught the attention of someone who kindly provided me with the address of Suresh Wadekar Institute. Upon hearing my voice, Sureshji himself advised my parents that I should pursue music lessons.
