Sachin Kumbhar competed alongside 51 other contestants from various regions of India.

On June 15, 2022, Sargam Kaushal was declared as the winner of the Mrs India World 2022 title. Navdeep Kaur, the winner of the National Costume in Mrs India World 2021 and Mrs World 2022, crowned her. As the newly crowned Mrs India World, Sargam Kaushal will now represent India in the upcoming Mrs World 2022 competition. Juhi Vyas secured the position of first runner-up, while Chahat came in second place.

After being declared the champion, Mrs Koushal expressed, “Greetings to everyone! I am Sargam Koushal, the honored recipient of the esteemed Mrs Indian World 2022 title. It fills my heart with immense happiness to be amongst you all today. I am at a loss for words to describe the overwhelming emotions I am feeling right now. Sargam, who recently won the prestigious Mrs India World 2022, is now setting her sights on the Mrs World 2023 title. Her ultimate goal is to bring the crown back to India, a feat that has only been achieved once before. In 2001, Dr Aditi Govitrikar won the Mrs World title and proudly represented India. Prior to that, she also secured the Gladrags Mrs India 2001 title. This year, Dr Govitrikar contributed to the Mrs India Inc 2022-23 event as a judge, alongside Soha Ali Khan and Mohammad Azharuddin.

During an interview, Mrs India World 2022 expressed gratitude towards her family for providing significant support throughout the competition. She specifically acknowledged her parents and husband for their unwavering encouragement in pursuing her dream.
