- Tanishka, an Indian student, achieved an outstanding accomplishment by securing the first position with All India Rank (AIR) 1 in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test NEET-UG 2022. Notably, Tanishka also made history as the first-ever topper from the OBC-NCL category. In addition to her remarkable performance in NEET UG, Tanishka excelled in the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main, achieving an impressive 99.50 percentile.

- When she was in second grade, her parents transferred her to a different school. During an interview, she disclosed that she had been an average student up until eighth grade. It was at that point when she began striving for academic excellence.
