• Vladimir Shmondenko, a Ukrainian powerlifter and YouTuber, has achieved significant success in weightlifting and powerlifting competitions. His accomplishments include winning the esteemed ‘Master of Sports of International Class’ title in Powerlifting in 2019.

• Shmondenko is a resident of Kryshtopivka, a small village located in Cherkasy, Central Ukraine. Situated far from the bustling city, Kryshtopivka is home to only a handful of families. Until 2014, the inhabitants of this village had no means of accessing the internet.

• gained internet access and began watching videos of American bodybuilders and bloggers like David Leid. Their influence inspired him to embark on a blogging career, all at the young age of 14. Vladimir Shmondenko made this decision.
