| Controversies | • In January 2022, the actor attracted controversy for a derogatory tweet to Indian badminton player Saina Nehwal when he was responding to Saina’s tweet about PM Narendra Modi’s security breach in Punjab. Following this, National Commission for Women chairperson Rekha Sharma took to Twitter to deamand action against the Tamil actor.
