Akash and Shloka, who were high school sweethearts, attended the renowned Dhirubhai Ambani International School in Mumbai together, where they were classmates.

True to his decision, immediately after completing their schooling, he proposed to Shloka. Conversely, Shloka pursued Anthropology at Princeton University in New Jersey, USA, and later obtained her Masters in Law from the esteemed London School of Economics and Political Science in London.

After completing her graduation abroad, Shloka came back to India in 2014 and took up a position as one of the directors in her father’s company, ‘Rosy Blue Diamonds.’ Meanwhile, Akash returned to India and assumed the role of Chief of Strategy at Reliance Jio Infocomm.

Their love declaration took place in March 2018, during a gathering in Goa, where the sweet couple shared a kiss in a photo that quickly gained viral attention on social media, sparking widespread speculation about their upcoming marriage.

The engagement ceremony took place on March 24, 2018, at a luxurious five-star resort in Goa, bringing together the Ambanis, Mehtas, and their intimate circle of friends.
