- Wanindu Hasaranga, a talented Sri Lankan cricketer, has made a name for himself in various tournaments as a result of his exceptional bowling skills. His remarkable records and outstanding fielding abilities have earned him a reputation as one of Sri Lanka’s finest fielders.
- Wanindu Hasaranga started his cricket journey at the age of twelve, joining the Under-13 team’s practice sessions. Initially, he focused on being a fast bowler, but as time went on, he showcased his talent as an all-rounder and developed a special liking for fielding. In 2014, his reputation began to soar in inter-school cricket when he achieved a remarkable feat of taking 12 catches in a single match during his teenage years.
